Lassi is a blended yoghurt drink popular in India’s northwestern regions. Curd or yoghurt is blended with water or milk, salt or sugar, and a few spices or herbs. Thandai is a milk-based beverage from North India that contains nuts, seeds, and spices. The preparation begins with a thick paste prepared from a variety of nuts and spices, including cashews, almonds, cardamom, peppercorns, poppy seeds, and fennel seeds. The cashew fruit is distilled twice or three times to make this powerful Indian spirit. Despite the fact that there are two forms of feni—one distilled from cashew fruit and the other from fermented coconut palm toddy—the cashew variety is prized for its excellence and has been granted Geographical Indication, indicating that it can only be manufactured in Goa. Cashew feni is a fruity, powerful spirit with a distinct, delicately sweet aroma that includes undertones of citrus and tropical fruit.                                                             

6. Falooda

Falooda is a refreshing dessert drink that is ideal for the summer. It is a sweet and flavorful beverage popular in India’s Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab areas. Milk, jelly cubes, ice cream, rose syrup vermicelli, and ice cream are just a few of the ingredients. Basil seeds are also added to make it more pleasant and healthful. Falooda, when consumed after a spicy meal, aids digestion and cools the body.
