2) one sliced onion

3) 3 minced garlic cloves

4) 1 teaspoon of cumin, ground

5) 1 teaspoon of coriander, ground

6) 1 teaspoon of turmeric, ground

7) a half-teaspoon of cayenne

8) 4 cups of veggie broth

9) 2 cans of rinsed and drained chickpeas

10) 1 tomato diced can

11) To taste, add salt and pepper.

12) chopped fresh cilantro (for decoration)

Instructions for cooking:

  • Olive oil should be heated in a sizable pot over medium heat. For 3–4 minutes, add the onion and garlic and sauté until tender.
  • Stir in the cayenne pepper, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and coriander. Cook until fragrant for a another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • To the pot, add the diced tomatoes, chickpeas, and vegetable broth. After bringing the mixture to a boil, turn the heat down to a simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.

7) 14 cup chopped fresh cilantro

8) Olive oil, 1/4 cup

9) Red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons

10) Curry powder, two tablespoons

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the quinoa with 2 cups of water after thoroughly rinsing it in a fine mesh sieve. When the quinoa is fully cooked, turn the heat down to low, let the mixture simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, and then remove from the heat.
  • The cooked quinoa, black beans, chickpeas, diced red pepper, diced red onion and chopped cilantro should all be combined in a big mixing dish.
  • Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and curry powder in a small mixing basin. To taste, add salt and pepper to the mixture.

7) 1/four teaspoon cayenne

8) 1 can of washed and drained chickpeas

9) 1 tomato diced can

10) coconut milk, one can

11) 1 sweet potato, chopped after peeling

12) To taste, add salt and pepper.

Instructions for cooking:

  • Olive oil should be heated in a sizable pot over medium heat. For 3–4 minutes, add the onion and garlic and sauté until tender.
  • Stir in the cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, and curry powder after adding them.
  • To the pot, add the sweet potato, coconut milk, diced tomatoes, and chickpeas. When the sweet potato is soft, simmer the mixture for 25 to 30 minutes over low heat after bringing it to a boil.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste when preparing the stew. Serve hot with fresh cilantro as a garnish.

Ingredients:

1) 1 can of washed and drained chickpeas

2) 1 finely chopped onion

3) 2 minced garlic cloves

4) 1/fourth cup of curry powder

5) 1/8 teaspoon of cumin powder

7) breadcrumbs, half a cup

8) 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro

9) To taste, add salt and pepper.
